Overview

The Customer Details modal shows complete information about a customer including their activity and form submissions.

Accessing

  1. Go to the CRM tab
  2. Click on any customer
  3. The details modal opens

Info Tab

Basic Information

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company

Additional Details

  • Source (how they found you)
  • Notes (internal notes)
  • Tags (custom labels)
  • Date added

Activity Tab

History

  • Page visits
  • Form submissions
  • Interactions timeline
  • Last active date

Forms Tab

Submissions

  • All form submissions from this customer
  • Submission date and time
  • Form data and responses
  • Download individual submissions

Actions

  • Edit - Update customer information
  • Delete - Remove customer
  • Export - Download customer data

Tips

  • Add notes after interactions
  • Use tags for segmentation
  • Review activity for context
  • Check form submissions for details
