Overview
The Appearance tab lets you customize your workspace’s visual branding including logos, favicon, and login page image.Accessing
- Open Settings from the sidebar
- Go to White Label tab
- Select Appearance sub-tab
Available Fields
Logo
- Your workspace logo
- Displayed in the header and sidebar
- Recommended: PNG or SVG with transparent background
- Use the crop modal to adjust positioning
Favicon
- Browser tab icon
- Recommended: Square image, 32x32 or 64x64 pixels
- PNG or ICO format
- Shows in browser tabs and bookmarks
Login Image
- Custom image for the login page
- Displayed on the sign-in screen
- Helps brand the login experience
- Recommended: High-quality image
Logo Crop Modal
When uploading a logo:- Upload your image
- The crop modal opens
- Adjust the crop area
- Click Save to apply
Tips
- Use high-resolution images for crisp display
- Keep logos simple for small sizes
- Test favicon visibility at small sizes
- Login image creates a branded first impression
