Overview
The Workspace Workflows modal shows all workflow executions across your workspace with status tracking and management.Accessing
- From the dashboard sidebar
- Click Workflows or the automation icon
- The workflows modal opens
Workflow Stats
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | All workflows ever run |
| Running | Currently executing |
| Completed | Successfully finished |
| Errored | Failed workflows |
Workflow List
View all workflows with:- Workflow name/type
- Status indicator
- Start time
- Duration
- Website (if applicable)
Workflow Details
Click any workflow to see:- Full execution log
- Input parameters
- Output results
- Error messages (if failed)
Status Indicators
- 🔵 Running - Currently executing
- ✅ Completed - Successfully finished
- ❌ Errored - Failed with error
- ⏸️ Paused - Temporarily stopped
Tips
- Monitor long-running workflows
- Check error messages for failures
- Retry failed workflows if needed
- Clear old workflows periodically
