Overview
The Workspace tab contains basic workspace identification settings. This is where you configure your workspace name and view your workspace URL.Accessing
- Open Settings from the sidebar
- Go to White Label tab
- Select Workspace sub-tab
Available Fields
Workspace Name
- Your workspace’s display name
- Shown in the header and workspace selector
- Can be changed at any time
- Used for identification purposes
Workspace URL
- Your unique workspace URL
- Format:
yourworkspace.lindo.ai - Read-only - cannot be changed after creation
- Used for accessing your workspace directly
Tips
- Choose a descriptive workspace name
- The workspace URL is permanent
- You can set up a custom domain in the Domain tab
- Workspace name appears in team invitations
