Page Settings Panel

The Settings panel provides quick access to current page configuration.

Opening Settings Panel

Click the Settings button in the right panel area.

Available Settings

Page Title

The page’s display name:
  • Shows in browser tab
  • Used in navigation
  • Appears in search results

URL Slug

The page’s URL path:
  • Follows domain name
  • Should be descriptive
  • Use hyphens for spaces
Example: yoursite.com/about-us

Meta Description

SEO description:
  • Shows in search results
  • 150-160 characters ideal
  • Include keywords naturally

Page Visibility

Control who can see:
  • Public - Everyone
  • Hidden - Not in navigation
  • Password Protected - Requires password

Authentication Lock

Require login to view:
  • Toggle on/off
  • Users must authenticate
  • Good for member content

Quick Edits

From the panel you can:
  • Edit title inline
  • Change URL slug
  • Update description
  • Toggle visibility

Full Page Settings

For more options, click Page Settings to open the full modal with:
  • All basic settings
  • SEO tab with more options
  • Advanced configurations

URL Best Practices

Do:
  • Use lowercase
  • Use hyphens (not underscores)
  • Keep it short
  • Include keywords
Don’t:
  • Use special characters
  • Make it too long
  • Use generic names
  • Change frequently (breaks links)

Tips

  • Set page title before publishing
  • Write unique meta descriptions
  • Use descriptive URLs
  • Check visibility settings
