Help improve Lindo AI by submitting feedback, reporting bugs, or requesting new features through the built-in feedback system.

Accessing Feedback

  1. Click the feedback icon in the editor toolbar (usually a message or flag icon)
  2. The feedback modal opens

Types of Feedback

Bug Reports
  • Something isn’t working as expected
  • Include steps to reproduce the issue
  • Describe what you expected vs what happened
Feature Requests
  • Suggest new features or improvements
  • Explain your use case
  • Describe how it would help your workflow
General Feedback
  • Share your experience with the platform
  • Suggest UI/UX improvements
  • Provide any other comments

Submitting Effective Feedback

For bug reports, include:
  • What you were trying to do
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Browser and device information
  • Screenshots if helpful
For feature requests, include:
  • Clear description of the feature
  • Why it would be useful
  • How you’d expect it to work

Response Time

  • Bug reports are prioritized by severity
  • Feature requests are reviewed and considered for the roadmap
  • Critical bugs are addressed as quickly as possible

Alternative Support

For urgent issues or account-related questions:
  • Use the Support option in the sidebar
  • Submit a support ticket through HubSpot
  • Contact support directly for billing issues
