Help improve Lindo AI by submitting feedback, reporting bugs, or requesting new features through the built-in feedback system.
Accessing Feedback
- Click the feedback icon in the editor toolbar (usually a message or flag icon)
- The feedback modal opens
Types of Feedback
Bug Reports
- Something isn’t working as expected
- Include steps to reproduce the issue
- Describe what you expected vs what happened
Feature Requests
- Suggest new features or improvements
- Explain your use case
- Describe how it would help your workflow
General Feedback
- Share your experience with the platform
- Suggest UI/UX improvements
- Provide any other comments
Submitting Effective Feedback
For bug reports, include:
- What you were trying to do
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Browser and device information
- Screenshots if helpful
For feature requests, include:
- Clear description of the feature
- Why it would be useful
- How you’d expect it to work
Response Time
- Bug reports are prioritized by severity
- Feature requests are reviewed and considered for the roadmap
- Critical bugs are addressed as quickly as possible
Alternative Support
For urgent issues or account-related questions:
- Use the Support option in the sidebar
- Submit a support ticket through HubSpot
- Contact support directly for billing issues
