Overview
The Widget section configures the AI chat widget that appears on your published website, allowing visitors to interact with AI.Accessing
- Open website in editor
- Go to Settings tab
- Select General > Widget
Available Fields
Enable Widget
- Toggle to show/hide the chat widget
- When enabled, appears on all pages
- Visitors can ask questions about your site
Widget Position
- Choose where the widget appears
- Options: Bottom-right, Bottom-left
- Select based on your layout
Widget Color
- Customize the widget button color
- Match your brand colors
- Affects the chat bubble and header
Greeting Message
- Initial message shown to visitors
- Set a welcoming prompt
- Encourage engagement
