The Domain tab lets you configure a custom domain for your workspace, allowing you to access it via your own branded URL like app.yourdomain.com.
Accessing
- Open Settings from the sidebar
- Go to White Label tab
- Select Domain sub-tab
Setup Process
1. Enter Your Domain
- Input your desired subdomain (e.g.,
app.yourdomain.com)
- Click Save or Verify
Add the following DNS record at your domain registrar:

3. Wait for Propagation
- DNS changes can take up to 48 hours
- Usually completes within a few hours
- Check status in the settings panel
4. SSL Certificate
- SSL is automatically provisioned
- Certificate status shows in the panel
- HTTPS is enabled once verified
Verification Status
- Pending - DNS not yet detected
- Verified - Domain is connected
- SSL Active - HTTPS is working
Tips
- Use a subdomain like
app or dashboard
- Don’t use your root domain
- Keep the original workspace URL as backup
- SSL provisioning may take a few minutes after DNS verification
