Owner
- Full access to everything
- Can delete the workspace
- Manages billing and subscription
- Only one owner per workspace
Admin
- Full access except billing
- Can manage team members
- Can configure all settings
- Cannot delete workspace
Editor
- Can edit websites and pages
- Can use AI agents
- Cannot access settings
- Cannot manage team
Viewer
- Read-only access
- Can view websites and analytics
- Cannot make any changes
- Good for stakeholders
Client
- Limited access for clients
- Can view their assigned websites
- Restricted feature access
- Used in reseller scenarios
Tips
- Start with minimal permissions
- Upgrade roles as needed
- Use Viewer for stakeholders who just need to see progress
- Client role is for reseller/agency use cases
