Role Details

Owner

  • Full access to everything
  • Can delete the workspace
  • Manages billing and subscription
  • Only one owner per workspace

Admin

  • Full access except billing
  • Can manage team members
  • Can configure all settings
  • Cannot delete workspace

Editor

  • Can edit websites and pages
  • Can use AI agents
  • Cannot access settings
  • Cannot manage team

Viewer

  • Read-only access
  • Can view websites and analytics
  • Cannot make any changes
  • Good for stakeholders

Client

  • Limited access for clients
  • Can view their assigned websites
  • Restricted feature access
  • Used in reseller scenarios

Tips

  • Start with minimal permissions
  • Upgrade roles as needed
  • Use Viewer for stakeholders who just need to see progress
  • Client role is for reseller/agency use cases
